Single or Teams - which one?

Single is for one person: you get one login and connect up to 3, 6 or 10 email addresses depending on the plan. Everything lands in your one inbox.

Teams is for working together: everyone gets their own login. You decide which mailboxes each person can see and reply from, you can hand an email to someone as a task with a due date, and when someone leaves you remove them with one click. One flat price includes the whole allowance - up to 10, 20 or 30 team members plus you.

What the storage means, in plain words

The storage is the room we keep your email in - every message and attachment, from every address you connect, going back as far as you like. A plain email is tiny; photos and documents take more. For most people, 10 GB comfortably holds several years.

What happens if it fills up

Nothing dramatic, and nothing is ever deleted. We simply pause collecting new mail until you tidy up or move to a bigger plan. New mail waits safely in your original mailbox in the meantime, and you can still read, search and send as normal.

What's the difference between Single and Teams?

Single: one login, for one person. Teams: everyone gets their own login, you choose which mailboxes each member sees, and you can assign emails as tasks. Both collect all your addresses into one inbox.

Is the price per person?

No. One flat price covers the plan's whole allowance - a Teams 25 GB plan includes you plus up to 10 members, for one price.

Monthly or yearly - what's the deal?

Monthly costs one tenth of the yearly price, so paying yearly gives you two months free. You can switch between them.

How many email addresses can I connect?

Each plan includes a number of addresses - from 3 on the smallest Single plan up to 20 on the biggest Teams plan. It's shown on every plan card above.

Is there a free trial?

No trial - but there's a full money-back promise for 14 days, which works out the same with less hassle.
