Every mailbox your business uses,
in one inbox your team can share.
Connect the email accounts you already have. Give each person access to the mailboxes they need. Turn any email into a task with a name and a due date.
One inbox for all your accounts
Connect Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or any custom-domain mailbox over IMAP. Everything arrives in a single inbox, colour-coded by account. Reply from any address and it sends through that account's own server, so your customer sees the address they wrote to.
Share mailboxes without sharing a password
Give each person their own login and pick which mailboxes they can open. They read, reply, label and search - only in the mailboxes you assigned. You see everything, including what they sent. Someone leaves, you disable them, and their sessions end immediately.
Turn an email into a task with one tap
Open any email, tap Add task, set a due date, mark it urgent and assign it to someone. The task lives on the email itself, so anyone with access sees who is handling it and whether it is done. The task list groups everything by Overdue, Due today, Upcoming and Done.
See who is already replying
When someone opens a thread, everyone else sees it. When they start writing, the thread says so, and anyone opening compose on the same thread gets a warning first.
Your mail stays where it is
We are not your email provider and never will be. Your mailboxes stay with your current host, and by default we leave every message on their server - we only keep a copy so you can read everything in one place. Deleting from the source is off unless you switch it on yourself.
Block a sender, and ask them to stop
One click blocks a sender and clears their existing mail out of your inbox. Optionally we send a stop request for you: one-click unsubscribe if their email supports it, then the unsubscribe address, then a plain reply you can word yourself.
Price that undercuts everything
What a four-person team pays
Per-seat pricing is what makes shared mailboxes expensive. We charge for the workspace, not the head count.
| Four people, shared mailboxes | Per year | How it is billed |
|---|---|---|
| JoinedInbox Teams 50 GB | €150 | One workspace, up to 20 members |
| Google Workspace Business Standard | ~$336 | Per user, per month |
| Microsoft 365 Business Standard | ~$300 | Per user, per month |
Prices shown include tax. Annual billing gives you two months free against monthly. Full pricing.
Compared plans: JoinedInbox Teams 50 GB, Google Workspace Business Standard and Microsoft 365 Business Standard, four users; competitor prices as published at July 2026.
Everything else that comes with it
Search that covers everything
One search box across every connected mailbox, matching subject, sender and message text, with results in an instant.
Labels, not folders
Colour-coded labels, up to ten per email, plus threading and conversation view. Nothing to learn if you have used Gmail.
On your phone
Install it like an app and get a push notification when new mail arrives. Built for one hand, with a back button that behaves.
The layout you prefer
Plain list, side preview or bottom preview, with an adjustable split and a delay before a previewed message counts as read.
Per-account settings
Give each account its own colour, check interval, and a cut-off so a decade of old mail does not pour in. Test the connection before you save.
Storage you can see
A usage bar with warnings well before you run out. If you hit the limit, fetching pauses - nothing is ever deleted, and your mail stays safe at your provider.
Take your mail with you
Export every account as a standard mbox file with attachments, ready to open in Thunderbird. Delete your account and everything goes, backups included.
Kept apart, kept encrypted
Mailbox passwords are encrypted, and every customer's mail sits in its own separate database. Changing your password signs out every other device at once.
Told when a connection breaks
If a mailbox password stops working, that account is flagged in the app and you get one email. Mail never stops arriving quietly.
Nobody connects a mailbox quietly
When a mailbox is connected, we email that mailbox to say so - with the date and the address it came from.
Backed up and watched
Nightly backups kept off-site and restore-tested monthly, uptime monitoring, and a status page that stays up even when we do not.
UK-based, GDPR-focused
Plain terms, a data processing agreement on request, and no tracking or analytics anywhere.
Put every mailbox in one place
Connect the accounts you already have, invite your team, and see the whole thing working in about ten minutes.
